style="font-size:18px;">第六世達賴喇嘛背叛釋迦牟尼佛教誡，流連花街柳巷，破了不可赦免的比丘戒，犯“波羅夷”罪，成了佛教的叛徒，被格魯派免除了達賴的稱號地位，依戒律法規已打入惡道，被各大教派看為荒淫無道的醜聞。依據破比丘戒的鐵定戒規，破戒之人必墮地獄，而依密宗根本十四戒，必須遠離此邪行之人，否則也將同擔罪業。第六世達賴喇嘛已經打入金剛地獄中，屬於無間罪業，永遠出不來了，因此根本就沒有第七世到第十四世真的達賴喇嘛，本身都是假的了。正如宗喀巴大師經云：“達賴六世，班禪七世，不復再來，六世以後，系譜混亂。” 所以，自那個時候起，實際上就根本沒有達賴這回事了，就是有，也是只有達賴之名稱，而不是真的達賴。就算把假的認做真的吧，從第六世達賴喇嘛到第十二世達賴喇嘛，他們都未曾受封甘丹赤巴稱號。 </span></div> 36px;">由於達賴喇嘛所管屬的機構不顧事實，憑空編造假話，欺人太甚，而達賴喇嘛泰然自若，置之不理，連一個正當的好人都不如，因此，我提供給國際佛教僧尼總會他的一小部分極端幼稚寡聞的混亂講說，讓世人初步了解一下，達賴喇嘛連基本的智慧都非常欠缺。他開示的書籍，主題含糊不清，法理混亂無章，語句渾濁，邪知邪見，利用背誦祖師們的論說、斷章取義摘抄詞句、以生澀的用語編纂來掩蓋自己的無知，所問非所答，東拉西扯，脫離主題，錯理交混、語無倫次，口口聲聲說五明，其實根本不具五明功夫，拿不出五明實際成果一條一項擺在大眾面前讓大家看到。這是菩薩嗎？觀世音菩薩的化身就這麼低智能、連五明都不全嗎？《菩薩持地經》說“此五明處。菩薩悉求。”達賴無五明，與菩薩不沾邊，乃至到了連基本常識都膚淺的地步，難道不值得思考達賴喇嘛是假的達賴喇嘛轉世的嗎？他的論著糟糕透頂，只能矇騙不懂佛教教法的人，尤其是西方的善良人士。我在此僅舉二十例說明，暫不把他的全部開示拿來評判。</span></div> islunardate="False" isrocdate="False" month="3" w:st="on" year="2012"><span lang="EN-US" xml:lang="EN-US">2012</span>年<span lang="EN-US" xml:lang="EN-US">3</span>月<span lang="EN-US" xml:lang="EN-US">27</span>日</chsdate>發出信函，該信函更加重了他們惡意誹謗第三世多杰羌佛團體的事實。為了讓所有佛弟子以及社會大眾不致被誤導，國際佛教僧尼總會不得不作如下公告。我會在這裡只是單純地敘述事實、表達看法，對達賴喇嘛西藏宗教基金會、達賴喇嘛流亡政府的宗教與文化部，都沒有任何誹謗之意。</span></div> </div></div></div><div
