style="font-size:18px;">乞丐老媽媽供燈的發心是“為所有的窮苦人點這一盞燈”，難陀女供燈的發心是“願這盞燈的光明，除卻我多生以來心中的暗昧，消除過去的罪障，獲得大智慧，以利益廣大眾生。”我捫心自問：我怎樣看待自己供燈和所做其他佛事的？乞丐老媽媽和難陀女供燈時，是發自內心的“切心切願”，而我呢？只是口頭上喊著“回向給六道眾生”，而在內心深處並沒有把“一切為利眾生”放在心上。慚愧啊！佛說“六道眾生皆我父母”，而我作為學佛多年的佛弟子，對待眾生如同父母了嗎？沒有、沒有啊！相比之下我是多麼自私！多麼渺小！！！</span></p>
